Welcome to 3BX Fitness. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website https://3bxfitness.com, the 24/7 gym facility, memberships, passes, services, equipment, digital platforms, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

ELIGIBILITY

3BX Fitness is a 24/7 adult fitness facility. You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up, access the gym, or use any Services. No minors are permitted under any circumstances.

SERVICES PROVIDED

3BX Fitness provides access to a 24/7 fitness facility, strength and conditioning equipment, fitness equipment, functional training areas, and related fitness services. Offerings may change at any time without notice.

MEMBERSHIPS, PASSES & PAYMENTS

Memberships and passes include 1-day, 1-week, 2-week, monthly, and yearly access options. All memberships and passes must be paid in full prior to access. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Failure to use the facility during the active term of a membership or pass does not entitle the member to a refund or credit.

24/7 ACCESS & SECURITY

Members may access the facility 24 hours a day using assigned access credentials. Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. Security cameras may be used throughout the facility for safety and security purposes.

CANCELLATIONS & NON-RENEWAL

Membership cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Members are responsible for canceling recurring memberships according to those terms. Failure to cancel properly may result in continued billing.

NO MEDICAL ADVICE

3BX Fitness does not provide medical advice. A physician should be consulted before beginning any exercise program. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By using the facility or Services, all risks—known and unknown—are voluntarily assumed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, 3BX Fitness, including owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the facility or participation in Services.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Members must respect others, use equipment properly, follow posted rules, and maintain a safe environment. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, content, materials, and digital assets are the property of 3BX Fitness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

COMMUNICATIONS (SMS & EMAIL)

By providing contact information, consent is given to receive transactional and promotional communications from 3BX Fitness. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived where permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
